About us

Boldface Studio is a design studio specializing in museum and non-profit/foundation design. We have a diverse clientele, from the Amon Carter Museum of American Art to UT Southwestern Medical Center to Greenhill School. We love designing anything from big to small! 

We (Becca and Mandy) met over sixteen years ago when we were both in-house graphic designers at a local art museum and quickly learned that we worked great together—our design sense was the same and each of our strengths and weaknesses complimented each other. 

We have a unique insight of how things work on a day-to-day basis in the non-profit world. We also know how to work with and design for an existing brand, yet also how to push and elevate it to new levels.

Word-of-mouth referrals are one of our best new business sources. As we’ve discovered, many non-profits seek a small design firm with experience and want a partner that knows the ins and outs of their needs and goals.

We love it when we hear that our design helped contribute to fundraising goals that are met or exceeded or exhibitions that are getting fantastic reviews. We are proud to have been involved in the process and are happy to have played even a small part of our client’s success.
