The challenge was to create graphics that could change with quarterly themes, while keeping a consistent brand. The solution was to use pin letters that the staff could change out with different materials.

Every time exhibitions switch out at the Dallas Museum of Art, the tower banners on the North side of the building changed with art for the new exhibitions.
Many things went into the design, with the main thing being legibility so that they could be seen clearly above the trees and from Woodall Rodgers/Klyde Warren Park.
For this exhibition at the Dallas Museum of Art, we wanted the section headers to reflect the hand-drawn type style of the posters that were unique to the theme. Instead of finding a typeface to work for all, we hand-drew type in the style of the posters reflected in that particular section.
